Jenny and Per-Axel are folkmusicians and "riksspelmän" from southern Sweden. On this record they play traditional folk music like it could’ve sounded in the early 20th century. Some of the tunes are old and from their local area, some are imported and some are new composed in old style. What you can’t hear on this record is the sound of dancer’s feet. Maybe you can imagine it, or even better, come together and dance on your own.
